why is cheese so f-in good?

Seriously, I could eat cheese all god damn day, on anything.

Muenster cheese is best followed by Brie and that white Spanish cheese. Swiss is the worst.

I put parmesan on just about anything. Green beans, broccoli, carrots, corn, salad, mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, soup, baked potatoes, mac & cheese, black beans, stuffing, ramen noodles, chili, etc. etc.

cheese is the best, especially those weird ones that you can find at farmers markets and similar venues. I got some onion cheese this past summer and I think I ate the whole pound in one day. i was ripped to the tits on cheese that week.

The problem is, who could take a religion seriously if the story of Jesus at the last supper read "Jesus took cheese, and blessed it, and cut it"?

Or perhaps "cutting the cheese" would not have become the source of amusement for sniggering 10-year-olds that it is today.

Who knows, if cutting the cheese became sacred, maybe the joke would have been "who cut the bread?"

Anyway, I think most people will admit that cheese goes better with wine.

I like every kind of cheese, id be hard pressed to pick a favorite. If I had to pick one, id probably pick cheddar. Cheddar is simple and goes with everything. Cheddar also melts very well.

I like where the meeper was goin with parmisan as a seasoning on everything.

Is hickory farms still in business? They made this spicy mustard for their sausage turd logs. It was great on sandwiches.

genoa salami and muenster cheese... so good. Havarti goes well with anything, it's really good in omelets. whoever said feta in a Greek salad is spot on too!

I did the cellar tasting at Chateau O'Brien today and they had some amazing Irish cheeses. I hadn't thought of Ireland as an awesome cheese producing nation until now.
