Just curious...How much do you think the owner makes?
I always hope when theres a place like this that has long lines
and a great reputation....that the owner isn't still sweating in the
kitchen.

Id have no idea where to begin to guess how much the owner makes.
But I am willing to bet the family is working in the kitchen sweating all over your food. Foreigners like working like that.

I've had canned chili that was better than Ben's Chili Bowl. It's a half step up from 7-11's chili.

The owner retired a long time ago; I think his son or someone took it over after that.
