Irene May Strike Southeast US as a Major Hurricane

It has been 3 years since the last major hurricane hit the US mainland. This after only about a dozen were predicted by the NOAA. Looks like they may have a hit with Irene. That gives them a batting average of about .111. I'm going to ride this one out w/ generators, beer, toilet paper, bread, water, butter and a pocket full of shells.

Tough shit guys. Italian tile epoxied to a composite deck with the trusses hurricane strapped to steel frame give me a wind sheer factor of app. 150 mph. But I'll keep you posted. Cat 3 could push 170mph. Could be interesting since I'm right on the ocean. Look for the entire south FLA region to be drunk on their ass by 8:00pm Weds.

Where do you live? That's amazing that a hurricane can essentially be a 10-mile-wide EF3 tornado at those speeds.

I'm conflicted on hurricanes.
It sucks that they make it retarded to move to beautiful tropical islands since all your property will just get destroyed.
But at the same time, it sucks even more that 99.9999% of these beautiful tropical islands are inhabited by shit skinned 3rd world mongoloid slaves (aka obama supporters).
So part of me is anti-hurricane while another part of me is very pro-hurricane.
I just hope a massive one comes and katrina's all the nigs and then we use our advanced White brains to figure out how to control the weather and thus not have to worry about hurricanes anymore.
