Man charged with raping woman in Md. restaurant
Friday - 8/19/2011, 8:25pm ET Associated Press
GERMANTOWN, Md. - Montgomery County Police have charged a 52-year-old man with raping a woman in the restroom of a Germantown restaurant.

Police say on Aug. 7, a woman was with friends and associates at the restaurant when she went into the restroom. Officers say one of the associates followed the woman into the restaurant and raped her.

The woman reported the incident to police the next day.

Police arrested Juan Melgar of Germantown on Thursday and charged him with second-degree rape. He is being held on $15,000 unsecured bond.

If he can be released on bond that small he must be legal.
His name sounds salvadorian not mexican.
