You shouldn't expect the right-fringe movement to understand simple concepts, Kilton. Write as if they were kicked in the head by a mule, because that's exactly what's happening to their "plan" at the moment. Everyone should plan their portfolios accordingly. That means dump defense and pick up utilities. C'mon, we've been through this before, y'all.
