I just read about him - now THAT'S funny.

However, as a number of comments to the articles note, the restriction to stop dressing like that is WAY out of bounds on the part of the police.

I suspect we're gonna be reading about dozens and dozens of people dressed up as tu-tu-wearing bunnies in Idaho soon.
