12:21:43 FedEx man leaves as thief vehicle does very slow drive-by, then goes around block
12:24:00 thief vehicle does second drive by and parks off cam right
12:24:26 thief does walk by, right of bush
12:24:52 thief enters yard via front walk
12:24:56 thief makes contact with TV
12:25:01 thief makes for thief vehicle parks off cam
12:25:33 thief? vehicle makes get away

Why would someone order something expensive like a flat screen TV and have it left on their doorstep? Wouldn't you want it shipped with a signature required?
