2006-2011 R.I.P.


Hey all,
After much soul searching and prayer, Ive begun to come to the conclusion that Meade Music needs to hit its last note. Aside from that, Ive been so busy that it looks like I wont be able to continue writing this blog. Its been a wonderful nearly 5 years. But every good thing must come to an end . I want to thank all my fans and friends and all the people who made this all possible. Meade Music was a fun hobby for me, but its time to move on. I will leave this blog post up for a week at least, so that everyone may spread the word to a fond farewell.

Parting is such sweet sorrow, but that doesn't mean its the end of Meade. I've only just begun! I will still have my videos on youtube and other places, and all my information can be found on my official website: www.meadeskeltonsplace.com

I've tried to read that blog. It did to my mind what eating cement would do to my colon. I can't imagine anyone mourning the ending of that drivel.

I think hes a good singer. I know he gets a lot of flack on here, but he really isnt half bad. His songs are catchy. Am i wrong to like some of the Meade?

My interpretation of the above post is that he's not giving up his music career, he's just bagging the blog.

Which is ironic, because his blog is far more entertaining than his music.

It was pretty well done. Someone sure put a lot of time and energy into writing those posts.

But only a fool who thinks that Onion news is real news could believe that blog contained actual posts by Meade Skelton.

Wow, some people are easily fooled. It was serious blog by Meade, make no doubts about it. You have to understand this a guy who writes, "Cut back on eating cake to only three days a week and the best meal is a McDonald's happy meal."

Yeah I'm pretty sure that was really Meade writing those. I'm more surprised that he thinks he is too busy to keep that one going.

Meade has "passed the audition", great news on the Wikipedia thing, this puts him on an international status. Hard work paid off, now you gonna see the money roll in.

I think that perhaps it was the re-known favorite "Sweet Tea", they say that is the song that bridged the Generation Gap between old country music and Meade's progressive country. Although when I look at that poor girl on his music video of Sweet Tea, I can't look in her eyes, I feel sort of .................ashamed?

It would be cool if she were using a straw, and suggestively licked the straw while leering at the guy. Also, the list of movies at the kiosk should have read 'Deliverance', 'Caligula', 'A Clockwork Orange'.

It's controversial whether Meade is singing about FFU, or about trolling he himself has done in the past.
