In Woodbridge you will see alot of cowboy shirts and hats, they call them "midnight cowboys". They like to hang out on street corners throughout that community and are dominate on Friday and Saturday nights. Sometime they wear open leather chaps which looks good.

His face has unique contours and looks sculptured. Bone structure is excellent and he possess a strong sense of bearing. The shirt is not the best color for him, he is of an earthy quality and should dress in colors like brown, green colours of an earthy essense/

I think you're mistaking shadow on face for facial hair. That looks more like lighting to me. Natives do get facial hair. However, they have a lot less body hair.

Meade definitely looks like a real Southerner. Only a lot of southern boys i know have been blonde. But Yankees look like they do on Jersey Shore with the spiked gelled hair and open collar shirts and flip flps. Meade has that southern prep gone cowboy look.
