Are MS-13 and Latin Kings allies or rivals?
Also, I saw that the Bloods and Latin Kings were allies.
Are the Bloods or Crips allies with MS-13 at all?
I have been seeing ms-13 and LK gang sign side by side in the Hybla valley area. I always assumed ms-13 was in charge in this area but now im not sure.

It depends on the city and sets. For the most part LK and blood are people, so for the most part they get along. unless one group does something disrespectful towards the other they might beef. As for MS they usually don't like working with any gang outside of their own, but a few years ago I know LK and a couple MS cliques rode together for a short time in parts of VA.
