I think it was Pascal who said "if Cleopatra's nose was shorter the fate of the entire world would have changed." I think there is something about a woman with a big nose that is sexy. Be it Italian, Egyptian or Greek a women with a well shaped large nose is enticing. I don't know why some woman need to cosmetically alter their nose to a little delicate button.
