I don't know how this is a good thing as Libya was oppressive and fucked up just a few months ago, but there wasn't a civil war and a threat of genocide
(and of course, the US wasn't burning money everyday with air strikes)

Will she take the same credit if Libya or Egypt turn in to Islamist police states? I think it's a little bit too early to pop the champagne on these messes, but mabe she thinks losing an American ally like Mubarak is a good thing.


It is interesting that Miss Powers gave this speech at Columbia University, the alma mater of Obama, where Iranian Dictator Ahmedinijad was cheered and a wounded Iraaq veteran was heckled.

She was totally full of shit. If they want to go down that road, then they better be getting battle groups ready to hit Sudan, and all the other places that have justifiable humanitarian disasters going on.
