Auto Body Repair

I have a car question. I just got my Toyota Highlander back from the body shop. It has been hit in the rear and required around 7K to fix (other guy's insurance took care of it). What bothers me is that the frame was bent. They replaced the "rear body rear crossmember" and the "Rear floor sidemember ext" and put it on some machine to return it to its original dimensions. Aside from the car handling fine, how can I be sure it has really been straightened out? I know to watch for uneven wearing of the tires, but I am concerned that by the time that shows up the shop will be able to say it was okay when I picked it up. Is it worth the time and money to go have an alignment check?

Thanks.

You were in a rear-end collision which damaged the frame, of course you want to get the alignment checked! If you want to make sure the frame has been straightened, then you should go back to the shop and see if they'll let you look under it while it's up on the lift.
