Sanctuary city

I have herd that Fairfax county VA is a sanctuary city? Anybody know if this true or not?

I don't think it is an official sanctuary city, but I think they have an unspoken directive of non-enforcement.

Arlington is designated as a sanctuary.
Alexandria may be as well.
