While it's fortunate he didn't hit anyone, he's pathetic he couldn't shoot someone at that distance. Maybe he shouldn't have held his pistol like a Wii Crossfire.

He missed with the first shot, shot into the ground with the second shot and didn't even have the gun raised until the security guard shot at him. I think the school board guy was right. This guy wanted a cop to kill him and probably didn't have it in him to kill anyone himself.

I think he was intending to actually kill someone. He really did aim and fire at the security guard that was firing, I don't think a suicide by cop does that.

I've never had any trouble hitting something as big as a human target at that distance, let alone plugging an entire clip into the 9 ring on a 25 ft. silhouette.
