He is also on probation for a 2008 arson charge - what a winner. What gets me is that one of the families that he conned did not seem to see any red flags about this whole deal. They were contacted by the "dad" about watching his autistic son. They agree and then the son shows up in a cab at 2:00 in the morning with a note and payment from the dad. WTF? They thought that this was normal???

Seems like the victims are retarded too.
