Most sperm banks require their donors to be at least six feet tall, absolutely no history of mental illness or criminal history (including immediate family), and a college degree is required, preferable a graduate degree. A lot of places take photos of the donors so women can sort through them and take what they want.


Having said that, I don't know of too many successful men that spend their free time jerking it in some clinic.
