A few items are decent, but you'll do better at Newegg or Tigerdirect.

I did find the Microcenter in Merrifield area is better than the one in Rockville, MD. Smaller store but overall better.

I can only speak for my Nvidia GeForce card (Which is from two years ago), but I love it.
