Who's better?: Howard Stern vs. Mike O' Meara vs. The Junkies

So who's the best radio show?

Shock-jock Howard Stern?

Legendary sidekick and radio god, Mike O' Meara?

or, the local sports icons, The Junkies?

Most talented? Original? Best show?

False. Possibly True 50% of the time.

There's no controversy.

Stern's far better.

It's interesting though because I think mike o meara would be a good replacement for Artie Lange. They're bot fat slobs who act like wiseasses on the air. it'd be cool if Stern would at least consider giving Mike a shot at it. Mike's a funny guy who is obviously better at being a sidekick than doing his own show. I think Mike would be funny interacting with Howard, Robin, Frank, and Bobba Booey.

Yeah, well the odds of that happening are about the same as the MOM failcast being profitable.

Thats like asking who's better, Ice T or Vanilla Ice. The Junkies would not exist if not for Stern. The Junkies are just one of many radio teams trying (in vain)to capture the Stern magic.

He's a good sidekick for a zoo show with wacky and zany bits, not an intellectual Stern show.

Talk about self-contradiction.

The problem with idiots like you is that you are too stupid to understand that Stern IS an intellectual . You, on the other hand, are not. For example, all you needed to say above was "what an oxymoron" or "what a contradiction", the "self" being unnecessary for any reason other than to provide me with a great chance to make fun of you.
There is no causal link between your not liking Howard and Howard not being an intellectual. In fact, I would be willing to bet that someone like you not liking him would go a long way towards proving he IS an intellectual, because stupid people generally have a hard time understanding the wit of someone who is intellectually superior to them.
While I admit that some of Howard's trashier subject matter is no longer my cup of tea, I remain in awe of his acerbic wit, his vituperative attacks on hypocrits, and his ability to verbalize harsh realities that many of us think but couldn't articulate without earning paralyzing social derision: not only has Howard largely weathered that derision, but he has used it to become a powerful political ally, a business mogul, an incomporable radio talent, an "A" list celebrity, a "must stop" for many celebrities while running promos, and a billionaire. For radio, he is Joe Montana, Michael Jordan, Wayne Gretzky, Michael Phelps, and Pele all rolled into one. There will never be anyone like him in radio again; he is the alpha and omega and a true pioneer in his field.
Before you judge him, put down whoever's Kool-Aid you are drinking and listen; he is a hilarious, equal opportunity offender, and his impact on American culture cannot be denied.

Agassi wasn't that great of a player. He is nowhere near Sampras and Federer. He was kind of flaky when he was younger, blowing matches he could have won and refusing to compete in Wimbeldon at first because he would have to wear white. Then there were the Meth years. Finally, when he did get serious, age had caught up with him.
