I read a great article in playboy a couple months ago - was called La Chatte - about the pleasures of a woman's smell. I like the smell of a woman. There is a stark difference between unhealthy and healthy smells but the smell of sex and wantonness is more beautiful than a fine wine.

One of the finest memories I have of his last days was holding down his legs as he struggled against the nurse who was sticking a tube down into his lungs to suck fluid out - all while the doctor said he couldn't feel anything because his carbon dioxide level was too high to allow consciousness.

The Thais don't mince warnings on their cigarette packaging. The OP photo and your story remind me of the warning below I saw many times while sitting in bars.
Translation: "Cigarettes cause lung cancer"
Can you imagine the outcry here in the States if our packaging displayed such images?
