Mother threw 1 yr. old off 4 story parking garage

I was working on a cat problem when I heard this on the scanner. Not sure which mall. Child was breathing when rescue arrived.

WTF is wrong with people? I hope the worthless mother/grandmother gets thrown repeatedly on the jail floor by the other inmates until she dies.

Somebody could have saved the tax payers alot of money by sending
the old bitch on the same trip. Watch this turn out to be the result
of an argument between the mother and grandmother.
