The limited number of Asians, blacks and Muslims that live in my community. There's just a very small amount of them - enough to be in control of.

Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone ... especially my fellow Bigots!

I'm not thankful for anything - to be thankful implies there is someone/thing to thank.

That's like thanking someone that one is alive after one's house has been totally destroyed by a tornado. I'd rather thank them for skipping my house entirely.

Way true WTL. I'm also thankful for the same reasons.

Good sandwiches. Decent beer selection (at many of them, but not all). Wide array of ice cream treats. And don't forget Slurpees.

I think 7-11 is a fairly decent commercial establishment, not sure why anyone would knock it. You can get 2 big bites for $2 sometimes - a great deal for these hard times.

They are better now that most of them have dropped CITGO. Of course, they tend to be a gathering place for day labor, which is kind of a negative.

I remember for a short period 7-11 used to rent movies. I'm not talking about the Red Box you find now, back in the late 80s, early 90s the 7-11s used to have shelves of VHS movies to rent.

Very true. It's good that our American money isn't going to Venezueala & the Hugo Chavez group for their Gasoline and oil. It's bad enough that Iran is developing nukes for them.

OK, back on topic. I'm actually more thankful for Sheetz or Wawa stores than 7-11. Both of those other options totally blow 7-11 stores out of the water.

unfortunately for me those are not my legs, tmill. mine are a little shorter
(i'm 5'5), and more of a milky white or pale.
that is not my dog, either. mine is cuter than that one, actually.

fyi, i have posted pics of both my legs and my dog but i don't have access to them at this time. however, you can direct any inquiries to alias, miz, brit, or eesh, as they have witnessed these photos.

thank you for your interest and have a nice day.

Conie and Mr. Misery,

If you aren't thankful to be alive, then please off yourselves. Just make sure you two are organ donors, people worth living might need your organs.

I'm thankful that I was born male, because I can pretty much pee wherever I want, whenever I want.

I know what you mean. Before I had children, I did a lot of stupid and sometimes dangerous things. (this is where eesh pops in to remind me that I still need to work on the stupid part)

So I am thankful to be alive even though I don't really understand what life is. Its randomness perplexes me.

And, despite the many disappointments, heartaches and loses, I have always enjoyed my life. Life excites me. Music and art, sunsets and breezes, balmy evenings and good friends... all excite me.
Falling in love.... is there anything more exciting?

And through all this life and the many and often confusing, meandering paths it takes you down, I am thankful for my ability to find that piece of irony, that tiny thing hiding under the weight of life's burdens, that makes me laugh.

I am thankful for my sense of humor.
