My experience at Fair Lakes H.H. Gregg store.
Went in to buy a cheap video camera on sale. Looked around for a place to pay. I get distraught when they only have one place to pay in a big store. Young female clerk seemed a tad flummoxed by the customer she was dealing with at the time. I could see this might take a while for me to pay. Meanwhile another young lady who I could see by name tag was the manager would frequently walk around the cashier's area cleaning up or whatever busy work shit she was doing but no notice of me or the other folks standing in line waiting to pay. It didn't occur to her to open the other register or would that upset her plans because it had been closed? Anyways 10 minutes later, yes 10 minutes later!, I get to the cashier, I try to contain myself because of the high blood pressure. Cashier rings up my solitary item and I start to hand her the cash and she says do you have a credit card I don't take cash. Well no I didn't have a credit card on me. At that point I muttered a few choice words and left. Maybe I should have said something to the do nothing sales manager but I figured she either didn't give a shit or too dumb to really change the way things done. Ah, fairfax underground the place to vent. Poor me.

It represents the corpse of the dead founder, Mr. Gregg. He was decapitated and was torn limb from limb by crazed shoppers in a Black Friday sale gone wrong. What was left of his body was wrapped in some HH Gregg sales flyers and buried in an unmarked grave. The mascot is a macabre reminder to all HH Gregg Associates to be careful on Black Friday.

whoever was hired to create the HHGregg mascot should be blacklisted from ever working as a commercial artist for the rest of his natural life. That is a piece of shit. I can't believe that turd of a design is being featured in a national ad campaign on television. It's literally worse than the infamous Mike O'Meara-voiced Shopper's Food Warehouse talking tomato.
