We called the doctor yesterday and suddenly a large man in a headdress appeared in our backyard. He seemed very friendly and greeted me with a raised fist. But as we approached, he flashed his nares and launched into a dark, foreboding tale about Ooba The Horned Besst of Africa. He was pissed!

You forgot a proctologist. I suspect 496 would be a perfect candidate, since he seems to like that shit.

Fisty would enjoy it too much, so he's disqualified, and he's not a registered member of FFXU anyway.

Oh, and you can eliminate the MrMephisto as a gynecologist, since there are no real women on FFXU (but plenty of female impersonators, it seems).
