Russ Parr, who is best known as a syndicated radio host , is on the hard claim to the top of the Hollywood mountain and, he is doing it from the DMV. He along with Kym Whitley have produced a film that has an all star cast.

But did the filmmakers follow Samuel Z. Arkoff's formula?
