Mr. Hoffman what's your weight/height again? If I recall you shouldn't have that much of a panniculus. Tis very unhealthy if you do. You're good with computers...run an Excel spreadsheet and record everything you eat. Use calorieking.com to monitor your calories. Send me your spreadsheet after a week's normal eating - be honest. I'll fix you up.
