YORK (1010 WINS) – Charlie Sheen has been hospitalized voluntarily for intoxication and psychological evaluation after police found him drunk and naked in a trashed midtown hotel suite, sources tell 1010 WINS.

Security at the Plaza Hotel on Fifth Avenue called 911 around 2 a.m. where they found the actor. Sources say tables and chairs had been thrown around the room and a chandelier was also damaged.

The “Two and a Half Men†star was accompanied to New York Hospital by his ex-wife, Denise Richards, the New York Post reports.

Sources say an unidentified woman in the room claimed Sheen, 45, was acting irrationally and had thrown furniture. Sheen reportedly told police he had been “out partying†and when he returned to his room he noticed his wallet was missing, causing him to fly into a rage


God isn't he getting kind of old for this kind of behavior. Sheen needs to turn it around fast if he wants a shot at 50. Drink like a fish and you too can be a truther.

On an unrelated note, it's my understanding that when the bars close in a town, Keifer Sutherland finds a hotel with mini-bars, checks into a couple of rooms, cleans them out of alcohol and leaves.

It's 2:00 am. You've been out clubbing, can't find your wallet.. And oh ya there is a whore in your room. After trashing the room @ 2am call wife (Denise Richards) and have her take you to rehab. No issues there! Freeking hilarious but I hope he straightens out. I remember seeing him in the Bellagio's lounge early morning about 3 years ago as I was headed for the airport. He had some chick-whore sitting next to him (not Denise) and one other guy. He was just staring straight ahead like a zombie. It looked like he'd pulled an all nighter and needed a shave. It always makes me feel weird when I leave Vegas early like around 6:00am or so and you walk out of your hotel room and there are still people partying like it was midnight.

So he had few drinks and threw a couple of chairs around, what's the big deal? Losing a wallet can be pretty stressful, give the guy a break.

$7000.00 in Hotel damage.. Not a bad effort if I do say so myself! Factor in the call girl, probably $2000.00 + expenses, bar tab, medical expenses, transpotation and all you should be looking at around $17K+ for the evening. Not bad for a Monday night!

I have to say this - his best 'acting' days are behind him. I used to like him in movies, but he really seems to be just like the character he plays in two and a half men - although he is a bit more violent. But he seems to have the same 'I am stupid' thing going on in real life these days. I would guess the drinking and drugs have not worked out so well for him.

And yeah, I am sorry - but Denise Richards!!! He couldn't figure out a way to stay married to that?
