AIGA, the professional association for design, is planning AIGA DC's largest 2007-2008 event, AIGA 50. AIGA 50 are the 50 best works of design in the VA, DC, MD, and WVA regions. AIGA 50 consists of a sorting of entries, a judging, and a gallery show. We need volunteers for the following days:

Sorting Day:
Date: October 20, 2007
Time: 8am-Noon
Location: MD

Judging Set-up:
Date: November 2, 2007
Time: 7pm-10pm
Location: DC

Judging Sessions:
Date: November 3, 2007
Session 1: 8:30am-1pm
Session 2: 2pm-6pm
Location: DC

Volunteering is a great opportunity to see what types of work are being produced in our region, and a great way to meet national design leaders who will be our judging committee as well as to network with local designers.

If you are interested in volunteering, indicate which dates you're available and what your contact info is. We will then be in touch with you to answer any program specific questions you may have. Thanks. Contact: leigh@aigadc.org
