The negative impact already, we can do better than this. In honor of my uncle.
Vegetable juices, fiber, and fruits are the best combo. These plus lean meats easier to digest. These plus walking, will guarantee positive results. IBS and bowel issues affect 5% of Americans under 60. That’s too high of a number, and we can do better.

I miss my uncle. Mom does too. He spent his life serving our country, community, church, and political and health issues affecting the elderly. I see his favorite couch at mom’s house. It is sad. He wanted to help people here, and although so far not welcoming or what would be for best, I want to see people with IBS better off.

I am ashamed that, my uncles life of service has led to such blind ignorance. What you all are doing, shameful. Sure it’s alright to have a restaurant meal here and there, but please consider what your bowels have to deal with. Not to mention your cardiac system. Fiber and water, fruits and healthy vegetables, can decrease you getting IBS or it’s effects.

He did do it and I’m proud of Brown Onions nephew! Wonderful way to honor the man, and folks please be respectful. He’s of a decent age, but misses his uncle. Also he has some training to do with being a facilitator, we have talked about this. God blessed us with him, as he will continue to educate people, and maybe find a cure for IBS.

I can’t replace my uncle. Don’t have his speaking skills or ability to connect. It was nerve wracking to discuss bowel health, IBS, and how to make sure your colon can be helped.
