Hi General

I was out on the deck this morning enjoying a cup of Wild berry zinger tea with oatmeal and I counted 7 of them trails 5 of them were stagnant and two were live and in action. The sky gremlins are not taking the day off today!

My back is much better and I hope to be able to get back to my routine in another week or so. The Doctors at Valley health are trying to sell me on all kinds of stuff including surgery. I dont want them cutting into me except as a last resort. I t think they have big car payments and country club dues and they love a man with a insurance plan so they can run up the bill.

nope, no day off today...the skies looked damn good when the sky demons took a lunch break frum noon to until about 3PM when they went full grey out in the western skies, another piss poor i sore of a display of spraying for the sunset...with this strawberry moon tonight, eye can cee the fresh trails in the night sky...

good you aren't being fooled into the surgery...eye reckon a lot of surgeries could have been avoided if the person getting operated on would have made an earnest attempt to become a health nut...

bout to find a film to watch and eat this box of red berry crunch cereal with oak milk a little before midnight....not the best time of day to eat, but fuck it....
