the question is why did they vote against the bill? there's always a reason. maybe they were demanding an amendment. i'm not convinced it's all just corruption and greed.

Yes Brit, the repubs couldn't let you get that job making flip flops and toothbrushes that you wanted so badly and sent it straight to Malaysia.You were dying to do that job for minimum wage weren't you?
The dems pulled the okey doke- put forth an unreasonable and broad bill so the repubs would bite. Now they'll try to present it to the uninformed electorate the soundbite that dems tried to save jobs and repubs refused and sent them overseas.
