A strange, birdlike man just appeared at our window and began shrieking in a harrowing, high-pitched voice. It was so scary we ran and hid. Finally we went out and told him to leave, and he pounded on the window and hollered "CORN!!" at the top of his lungs then ran away. it was mighty peculiar.

The hottest Halloween costume I have ever seen a lady wear is below!

I would post a pic but the person would kill me. A girl in the bar even came over and put a sweater around the girls waist because she thought the costume showed too much.

The costume was right out of Frederick of Hollywood. Of course she won the costume contest handsdown.

I’m sure she was very sexy in her costume, but here’s the thing.

Halloween parties are loaded with your friends. They’ve seen you looking sexy in some dress at a cocktail party or at the beach in a bathing suit. They know what you really look like so why not try to do something that makes them laugh.

One year I dressed up as a girl scout... not a sexy girl scout... but a totally fag it girl scout. I wore an actual girl scout uniform with all the badges and a pair of very faggy eye glasses. In my hand I carried the traditional girl scout pledge book and I acted like a fag it the whole night.

Once I went as Groucho Marx. Bushy eyebrows, thick mustache, the glasses, the cigar, hat, the suit and tie.

Another year, my date and I went as Mr. & Mrs. Clean. I dressed up as a dowdy cleaning lady, stuffing my ugly house dress to add pounds... the way Meade stuffs his pants. Wearing a kerchief in my hair and chewing gum, I arrived at the party rolling around my cleaning supplies. My date looked just like Mr. Clean.

This same date and I once went as ballet dancers. He wore a pink tutu and ballet slippers and I looked ridiculous as Baryshnikov.

My sister and I once arrived as female boxers, complete with boxing gloves, mouth guards, and humorous names printed across our muscle shirts. I was Bazooka Betty.

Oh, once I went as Betty Boop... that was a little bit sexy!

Last year I was a homeless person.

Rummaging through thrift shops and salvation army stores is how I have put together most of my Halloween costumes.

Lace cat suits, fish net body stockings or dressing up as a French maid wearing garters and a thong...very sexy, yes, but I think they make better costumes for intimate evenings with a special person. (if you know what I mean)

You've been to a lot of Halloween parties. You must be at least my age. :)
