Online relationships vs. real life relationships
Posted by: just wondering ()

Do you feel more excited when you get a response from

your online relationships than when your spouse e-mails or

texts you during the day?

Is that wrong?

Any new relationship is going to be exciting to you over something you've gotten used to. Doesn't matter if it's emails, phone calls etc. There is going to be a thrill and excitement to it. Be careful though, you're treading on dangerous ground, it's usually only a matter of time before your spouse finds out if there is an electronic trail.

I would love to see the look on your face when you get caught by your spouse. Enjoy having to dish out alimony payments..

Interesting that you assume automatically that the OP is a male.

You must be female

Why did you all think that by "online relationships" that the OP was talking about some kind of Sexual Romance affair?

Maybe the OP was talking about an FU buddy...

It is quite obvious that the other person is more than just a friend if the OP is asking if it is OK or not. It's not hard to understand what they wrote

I don't know how anyone could have an intimate relationship with someone online without knowing that person in person.

I disagree... The OP is initially asking us if we feel the same way. The OP is making an assumption that we all have online relationships... Given that we all post here, the OP is not taking a very large risk in that assumption.

The assumption would be far more risky if the OP was talking about Online Sexual/Romantic Relationships...

Perhaps the OP was asking if it was "OK" because of the social stigma of people who choose electronic relations over face to face relationships?

You can look at it any way you want (no offence). But I thing the general consensus is that someone is a cheating scum bag

I'm aware that the original post is vague about what type of relationship, forcing the reader to make an assumption. I was just asking what made everyone assume the OP was talking about a romantic relationship...

Care to share your thoughts, Damn it?

I thought you were a guy. But, even people who claim to be women on this site, I still assume to be guys.
