You all should consider Lancaster PA. This is the all you can eat belt of the east coast. They have all meals. Literally huge slabs of greasy foods and cheap soft serve ice cream. Full recommend.

TGI Fridays has unlimited appetizers for one low price. The only thing was that the server was a bit slow in bringing the food. I had to sit there for two hours just to get 13 servings of riblets and chicken nugs. They charged me $3.19 for a coke zero, next time I will order water. My bowels are processing this now.

I am going to Charlees Cheese steaks in Manassas. Getting the 3 bacon cheese steak sub with extra meat and extra cheese with cheese bacon fries on the side and a doctor pepper. I have heard that a meal ike this can be good for your bowels.

I hear you brother. Ever been to the Bonanza steak house in Chambersburg PA? It ain't that far, like a 90 minute drive. They got all you can eat everything. The fried chicken and potato salad are the best. They got baked goods too like pies and cake and they even got flan! When was the last time you had good flan?
On the way home you can stop in Maryland and get some good legal weed even without a medical card.

That is a great two deal. Love that restaurant, and Hoss. My hope you’ve dined there too. These guys seem interest in blowing their shit up, and these two are great restaurants to eat at.

I save bacon grease and fry lost of foods in it. I use bacon grease in grits and cornbread I brush bacon grease on pizza. The bacon grease diet will solve all your digestive problems!

I just got out of prison. I did 16 months on a two to three stretch. The state of Virginia does not serve bowel friendly food. We got hot dog with Mac n cheese almost every day for lunch. As far as fruit goes it was canned fruit only. Breakfast was cornflakes or oatmeal with a carton of milk and a carton of orange juice. My bowels were on the fritz the whole time I was in there.
