A very exciting week in Meade weigh-ins. Meade will be doing multiple weigh-ins to show how his weigh fluctuates.
This is in response to prove that a low weigh-in could happen.
I'm curious to see what the high weigh-ins are. We know Meade usually decides which day to post on based on the lowest week weight. Let's see what the high numbers actually are in a week.

I highly doubt Meade will do even the Wednesday weigh-in. Meade's mo is be lazy all week and then one try eat right and a lift one or two weights.
Meade is never going to lose and weight doing that half ass shit.

I don't get what thinks he is he accomplishing by saying he is going to weigh himself more this week to show how a scale fluctuates and then he doesn't do it? Almost certain every day will get a new recycled excuse. We already got "too sick to weigh myself."
Seems to me this indicates the scale fluctuates with readings that are pretty bad, like maybe 287 and Meade can't have people seeing that.
Or Meade has been faking that weight for some time by waiting for an extremely low fluke weight and the new method of daily weigh-ins is going to paint a very bad picture.

Getting up at 4 in the AM to jog will tire out most of us. In addition to the doing weights, Meade is also jumping rope and using the Battling Ropes all fatigue. He could need just a good sleep.

Losing weight is simple and easy. You cut your diet down to small quantities of healthy food and do lots of cardio. Weight comes right off.

Meade, what you need to do is watch the classic Dom Deluis movie 'Fatso', released maybe in the 1980s. Story about a fat guy (Dom) who gets scared by the death of an equally fat but younger beloved cousin, of a heart attack. Reminds me a lot of the tough times you are experiencing. Safe movie to watch, no swearing or sex so safe to watch.

Meade weighed in at 272.8 so good start this week. But, just two days into the "new diet." Meade usually abandons what ever works and goes to some crazy whacked out thing.
Let's see how long Meade will actually stay on the new diet. I'll give him about 4 days and then he'll be back to eating pies and drinking sugar tea.
But at least he lost 3 pounds so congrats to Meade on that.

Last we heard Meade's car needed a new engine he was begging us for money to fix it.
Apparently part time restaurant worker, full-time caregiver, part-time student, part-time musician, songwriter, fitness influencer is broke as fuck.

When I see Meade's success, it makes me want to exercise. I am too tired today so I will start tomorrow. I am going to bed early, after I eat some spaghetti and the cheesecake with blueberry topping. That is carbo loading. I want to get up and refreshed so I can run in the morning. I had Pecan Pie with Ice Cream for my lunch dessert.

Meade does inspire a watcher to adopt the fitness lifestyle, he is an excellent salesman. With a gift for gab and boyish good looks he would of done very well if he majored in business sales in college. Not too old to change careers though.

20 lbs in almost nine months is terrible since he started out borderline morbidly obese.
As far as changing careers is Tyson in Glen Allen hiring for a job on the kill floor? With Meade's scant work resume, that just might be the best he can do.

This is Meade's biggest problem. Meade can't accept that people see Meade as a guy in 40's living in his Dad's attic with no money and barely able to get a job at a Chik-Fil-A scrubbing toilets.

Meade let us know when get a real job, can get real show at a real venue like local Richmond bar, and have your own place to live.

Meade lets his actions and music do the talking. So many people showboat and shout out look at me. They embellish their resumes and accomplishments.
