Has Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores gone woke? The meat loaf and fried steak purveyor, founded in Middle Tennessee and overwhelmingly concentrated in Old Dixie, has been criticized for a diversity, equity and inclusion campaign.

“We take no pleasure in reporting that Cracker Barrel has fallen,” tweeted the Texas Family Project. As evidence, the Texas group cited a two-page flyer from the restaurant chain celebrating Pride month, and its participation which seemingly looked to be a few rainbow-colored sponsored rocking chairs.

I stopped in a Cracker Barrel off 95 near Richmond and was pleasantly surprised to hear that they were playing Meade Skelton music in the background while people ate their meals. I noticed all the diners humming along and tapping their feet

Cracker Barrel is playing Meade Skelton in honor of Pride Month?

If only Meade embraced his homo when he was alive, he might have gotten a bigger following and he wouldn't have killed himself while sitting on the toilet. And we thought his only legacy was being a minor lolcow. Now his legacy will be being a gay minor lolcow.
