Chris Chan found IN Richmond caretaking on old man

Chris Chan was released from jail this week and went into hiding. Chris has been located in the Richmond area taking care for an elderly man. Not much is known yet except the house is located on or near the 2000 block of Floyd Street.

The man was overheard telling Chris "I have a son a few years older than you. He tells everyone how he takes care of me. Finally, I'm being taken care of properly. Once we extract that bum out of here, no more sleeping on the couch for you. You can have his room.

Meade is the most stable and much more normal than some of the freak shows on FFX.
