My small work group was forced to attend one of those two day diversity seminars back in the day. Things quickly turned south once the complimentary coffee and doughnuts were consumed. By early afternoon, it was unclear who would be leaving the building by the lobby or the thirteenth floor window. We were then informed by the tag team 'facilitators' from Hell that our presence the following day wouldn't be necessary.
