The FBI says David Ball could face up to three years in prison for his alleged participation in the January 6th insurrection.

Maine man accused of assaulting police officers during Jan. 6 riot at U.S. Capitol
According to the charging documents, Ball wore a sweatshirt with his businesses’ name on it.

The FBI says during the insurrection, Ball had a black “Broken Glass Company” sweatshirt on both inside and outside the Capitol building.

Court records say Ball was inside the Capitol for less than 20 minutes.

If he's convicted, Ball could face up to three years in prison.
