Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani appears to have sunk to a new low with his Cameo profile as he allows the public to puppet him into saying complete nonsense for just a few hundred dollars.

Donald Trump's former attorney has been on the personalized video site Cameo since August 2021 where he offers those are are willing to pay, a personal video greeting for only $325.

In his latest bizarre message, Giuliani appears at a New Hampshire baseball ground only for him to recite the words to the popular much-loved nursery rhyme 'I'm a Little Teapot.'
