It's not a fungus, Radiophile.
The nail will fall off and a beautiful new one will emerge. Meanwhile, I'm having fun with its grossness. When one of my teenagers starts mouthing off, I just stick my thumb in his or her face and presto, teenager leaves the room. I especially enjoy this during dinner as it has the added effect of causing the teenager to lose his or her appetite. ah, hahahahaha!
I'll have to get you an updated picture, Radiophile.

I'm a wino... I can't pass a vineyard without getting buzzed. Just seeing a sign for a vineyard and I'm like, OMG.
During the day, when I wanna throw people off, I just put my wine in a paper bag.
Actually, I'm only kidding about the paper bag. (I don't even try to hide it.. LOL)
And, no matter what time of day- morning, noon, or night...if you were to offer me a glass or a gallon of champagne, I would not turn it down. I LOVE (with a capital L) champagne.... anytime, anywhere, anyhow!
