All registered user names should have to pay a $50.00 usage fee per year, payable in advance ($5.00 per month if paid on a monthly basis).
1¢ per-character fee for all registered users (eg, That's stupid would cost 12¢ (spaces between words are free)).
$1.00 to post Youtube (or other) videos.
$0.10 to hyperlink an image (with a $0.25 surcharge if the image is animated and/or if the pixel width exceeds 250).
