Nope. Not possible. William was arrested just days before Lizzie's release from prison. Lizzie would have had to have had prior knowledge of William's arrest. William would have no way to contact Lizzie from jail to let her know he needed to be bonded out.

This knowledge of William's arrest would have been made as soon as it was known. Not four years later.

William Moreno was arrested for assaulting his mother, in addition to the four protective order violations. He must have felt it was the equitable thing to do after previously assaulting his father with a knife.
