I have sinned again

I have been letting Satan get me to carry out his wrath towards others. I know better but being evil gives me a rush. Must be how addicts feel. I need to stop as it's hindering the good things I'm trying to reach for. But I am frustrated by delays and inpatient. I know what needs to be done so I'm posting this to hold myself accountable for my mess ups. I am sorry Lord. Had I trusted in you and your timing I wouldn't be dealing with this guilt.

Help me to get rid of this rotten spirit and the joy of being evil towards others. It's not what your son would want. I have been turning the other cheek but if I am CONFESSING it feels good to be bad.

HELP ME Lord and forgive me. I don't want to go back to being that person again because I can't hurry up and wait.

Idle hands really are the devil's tool. I was just messing around to pass the time and then things got out of hand. I haven't exactly crossed any legal lines yet but it was getting closer. I won't take it there and am seriously stopping now that it's having a very real effect on my efforts

I don't follow politics or vote. But I really need to cut out the deal and go workout. I noticed now whenever I don't go walk or lift weights is when I have slipped backwards into sin!

since its winter, do a week only consuming citrus fruit and distilled water...get in a dark room at 9pm...get as much sun as possible...prolong your breakfast to clock sum hours in the fasting state...

then on day 7, do a warm lemon juice/distilled water enema

take extra good care of your teeth during the week...cop u sum doc bronners, or auromere...get an herbal mouthwash...3% food grade hydrogen peroxide

the harmful microscopic beings inside of us have a remarkable ability to control our thoughts and actions and have us doing their bidding

the 7 day cleanse om proposing would fuck up their plans for sure

My other sin - i used translation services to finish my work https://thewordpoint.com/services/translation-service/healthcare-translation-services instead of doing it myself all night long.
On the other hand, i had an excellent sleep, so it shouldn't be consider as a sin, right? What are the rules about it?

You always give me good advice. I actually have been slacking on my hygiene since I decided that I wanted to do wrong again. I need to brush my teeth and shower today and everyday. I will work my way into fasting. I was eating Mandarin oranges daily but stopped.

I use a clinical grade Bardex nozzle for my enemas. Don't use Clean Stream brand. Those things are cheap and no good. They bust or even leak right out of the box. Everybody complains about them. You can get the good ones from the right websites.

I can get a thorough cleansing cause the Bardex nozzle forces me to hold it in. Just be careful n ot to inflate it too much or you can get hurt. Inflte it enough so you get a good seal and it doesn't leak.
