UPDATE: Trump is now demanding that the US Constituton be suspended. READ MORE: Donald Trump's Call to 'Terminate' Constitution Sparks Fury (Newsweek) Back in August I wrote to warn you that: 2025: Trump Plans to Re-Write the U.S. Constitution. But it gets worse:

There is a loud and vocal group demandng free speech, except when they are calling in death threats against BLM police brutality protesters or burning books or censoring critical race theory or when it comes to equal rights. Let's be clear, Trump supporters are using free speech protest in an attempt to legalize child porngraphy under the First Amendment. Trump and his MAGA cult members are perverting the Constitution to legalize the raping of children, while using free speech protest as a cover. See below:

BBC: Alt-right commentator, Milo Yiannopoulos has been accused of advocating pedophilia, resulting in his resignation at Breitbart.

University of California at Berkeley cancelled Mr Yiannopoulos' speaking engagement there after violent protests broke out.

President Trump - whom Mr Yiannopoulos refers to as "daddy" - threatened to cut the university's federal funding in response.

Ms. Alison Rapp presented a speech called We Hate:…Anti-Child Pornography Laws; a thesis which outlined objections towards laws enacting against child pornography.

James Lindsay, a self-proclaimed free speech advocate, is actively trying to stop people from sharing a photo of him with actress Nicki Clyne, who was a member of NXIVM, the notorious multi-level marketing company turned sex cult. BusinessInsider: Rep. Matt Gaetz was one of 20 Republicans who voted "no" to reauthorizing an anti-human trafficking law.

The Frederick Douglass Trafficking Victims Prevention and Protection Reauthorization Act of 2022 was approved in the House for reauthorization with a massive majority of 401 votes to 20.

The act combats human trafficking — particularly sex trafficking — through severe penalties for perpetrators and support services for victims.

Gaetz has been under federal investigation since 2020 over the question of whether he had sex with a minor, and whether he paid for her to cross state lines, as The New York Times first reported. Paying for a minor to travel interstate for sex would count as sex-trafficking.

In 2017, Gaetz cast the only "no" vote on another anti-trafficking law, as the Pensacola News-Journal reported at the time.

Trump Campaign Adviser Plead Guilty to Child Porn, Sex Trafficking. George Nader was first charged in June 2019 with transporting and possessing pornographic images of children including some featuring toddler-age boys, baby goats and other farm animals. A month later in July, prosecutors added a sex-trafficking charge, saying Nader had arranged the transport to his Washington home of a 14-year-old boy from the Czech Republic in February 2000.

Nader allegedly held onto the child’s passport after flying him through Dulles International Airport. Once at his residence, he assaulted him nightly and kept the child silent by threatening him and his mother with imprisonment should they ever attempt to report him, according to the indictment. US CAPITOL RIOTER WHO HECKLED POLICE FOR ‘PROTECTING PEDOPHILES’ SERVED JAIL TIME FOR STATUTORY RAPE OF 14-YEAR-OLD
CNN: Federal prosecutors say Sean McHugh of Auburn, California, fought with police as they fended off the massive mob of Trump supporters outside the Capitol on January 6. During the scuffle, McHugh was recorded by police body-worn cameras heckling the officers with a megaphone.

His comments about “pedophiles” are particularly striking, considering his criminal history.

McHugh was convicted in 2010 on a state charge of unlawful sex with a minor, according to California court records reviewed by CNN and lawyers involved in McHugh’s cases. McHugh was sentenced to 240 days in jail – though he served less – and got four years of probation.

There was DNA evidence that connected McHugh to the girl, former prosecutor Todd Kuhnen told CNN. The victim was 14 years old and McHugh was 23 when the crime occurred, Kuhnen said. READ MORE: Twitter is Full of Pedophiles and Child Pornography

Roy Stewart Moore is a politician and former Alabama state judge. He also was the Republican nominee in the United States Senate special election in Alabama, and he's a pedophile.

Oh, and Donald Trump supports him.

Trump told New York Magazine “I’ve known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy,” “He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it — Jeffrey enjoys his social life.”

Given Jeffrey Epstein’s illegal behavior was an open secret, which Trump may have participated in, you seem to have Trump expressly praising a pedophile, and then promoting the government official who helped prevent Epstein from receiving real justice for his crimes.

I’M A FREE SPEECH ADVOCATE
CuriosityShots: Trump and his base love to cite the First Amendment as justification for their hate speech but they don’t seem to have read it. Staging an event (Stop the Steal) that began with unlawful entry and ended with property being damaged and actual lives being taken, is a stark contrast to “peaceably assemble and petition” as the amendment clearly states. We knew that Trump has never read the Constitution, and now it’s quite clear that his supporters haven’t either. The First Amendment also says that “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press.” Does it say anything about private enterprises not being allowed to develop their own editorial policies?

The First Amendment shields people from government censorship, but does not prevent speakers from experiencing consequences from other citizens or platforms, including social media. Google monetized the internet but not for profit but for censorship.

Trump’s administration and base are full of people who have long advocated for free markets and small government. To limit the power of a privately owned company (like Twitter) would be a stark contrast to most of the policies they claim to believe in. As a member of the capitalist economy for which Trump’s base claims to stand, Twitter simply exercised one of its rights.

In suddenly turning against their perceived principles, these people revealed the underlying truth — they never actually had any. Those who are still in Trump’s base are just like their leader in the sense that they only actually care about their own interests and have no principles or core beliefs. It is hardly any wonder that people who stand for nothing would so easily fall for anything.

As a reminder, the 1st Amendment to the United States Constitution says “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

Yes, there are situations where the government has the right to limit some forms of speech and encourage companies to do the same. Take child pornography for example. Only the most insane of the libertarians would tell you that such degenerate “speech” should be left uncensored and legal, with pedophiles and child abusers profiting from such horrific content.

Trump did win that election vote strike....there was a coup...

yes, the republicans have pedos and sex predators in their party, but the demokkkrats take the crown for being the official party of sexual degeneracy

and the select group of Republicans who are leading the charge to enforce the Constitution are standing between child grooming demokkkrats and children

thankfully

The lesser of two evils is still evil. So why support evil at all? Let's stand with God and do what is right which is to overthrow this wicked system through non-compliance? Stand like a man or die on your knees.

RawStory: The next step for the right-wing is a plot to change the U.S. Constitution to make it significantly more conservative by creating a Constitutional Convention among red states.

Article V in the US Constitution allows for two methods of amending the document. They can gather a two-thirds majority of Congress to propose an amendment and have it ratified by three-fourths of the states. The other option is having two-thirds of U.S. states call a constitutional convention and passing and ratifying amendments.

Business Insider reported about the effort encouraged by former Sen. Rick Santorum, R-Pa., who was kicked out of office in 2006 by nearly 18 points. But that loss doesn't mean that he can't force his will on the rest of the country.

BusinessInsider: Conservatives are just 15 states away from an unprecedented gathering that could rewrite large parts of the US Constitution and fundamentally change American life.

With Congress' initiative, the US Constitution has been amended 27 times. But never has the core American document been amended through a state-led process — the second track that the founders created under Article V of the Constitution.

The Convention of the States movement is just one of the organizations pushing for such a convention. But it's perhaps the best funded and has made the most recent progress — and has ties to former President Donald Trump's orbit, such as former Republican Sen. Rick Santorum and John Eastman, the conservative legal scholar who supported Trump's effort to overturn the election.

Five states — Wisconsin, South Carolina, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and West Virginia — have passed the organization's pro-convention resolution in the past two years.

Republicans pushing for a convention are playing the long game, similar to how they spent decades working to overturn the Supreme Court's Roe v. Wade decision.

The Convention of States Project’s source of funding is opaque, but its parent organization received more than $12 million from groups linked to brothers Charles and David Koch and other major conservative donors between 2010 and 2018, according to IRS filings reported by the Center for Media and Democracy and Splinter. The Mercer family, which through its foundation has showered tens of millions of dollars on right-wing causes over the last decade, has donated at least $500,000 to the group, CMD has reported.

Running the “Convention of States initiative” is an Austin, Texas-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit called Citizens for Self-Governance (CSG). CSG reported revenue of $5.7 million in 2015, more than double its haul from two years earlier, when it launched its Convention of States Project, according to The Dallas News. It now boasts 115,000 “volunteers,” although that figure may represent the number of addresses on its email list.

The group is not required to disclose its donors, but research into other organizations’ tax records by the Center for Media and Democracy, Conservative Transparency and this author show a web of Koch-linked groups having provided nearly $5.4 million to CSG from the group’s founding in 2011 through 2015:

Donors Trust, a preferred secret money conduit for individuals and foundations in the Koch network of funders, has given CSG at least $790,000 since 2011.
The Greater Houston Community Foundation, which is funded by Donors Capital Fund (linked to Donors Trust) and the Kochs’ Knowledge and Progress Fund, has donated over $2 million since 2011.
The Vanguard Charitable Endowment Program, which has received hundreds of thousands of dollars from Donors Capital Fund, gave $2.5 million from 2012-13.
Citizens for Self-Governance also has two Koch-connected board members. Eric O’Keefe is a director of the Wisconsin Club for Growth, a group which has taken in considerable funding from Koch-linked groups like the Center to Protect Patient Rights, and was at the center of the long-running “John Doe” criminal investigation of Scott Walker’s campaign coordination with dark money groups.

Grassroots conservative opponents of the convention, meanwhile, fear as Schlafly once did that the convention call is a backhanded way for special interests to advance their own plans. As one conservative activist who opposes the idea put it: Many movement conservatives want the government and federal courts to more aggressively adhere to an originalist interpretation of this Constitution, not throw it out altogether. Andy Biggs, the Arizona Republican congressman who has faced allegations that he helped organize the Capitol insurrection, strikes a similar note in a book he published in 2015 that described the convention plan as “a con.”
