Lots of poor strawmen and strawwomen who buy guns for drug pushers would not be able to pass the question 21E test thus stopping guns from getting into deadly drug pushers hands who may kill a police officer or you or a loved one

But Steve D the Fairfax commonwealth would not prosecute people for weed busts unless they were major dealers

So they slipped away after police arrested them for using weed or possessing it
with no conviction thus no info went into the feds NCIS or national criminal information system to be able to checkmate question 21 E liars

If you check no on the 21 E question and the NCIS check shows you were busted for weed you lied on 21 E and can be subject to a 10k fine and 10 years in the federal pen , there's feds and state police at all gun shows in abundance waiting for the fool who lie or buys a gun for someone on the sly, both federal felonies !

But if You check yes then the dealer can not sell you the gun and you can walk away free and high giggling and smirking so your better off by far not to lie on 21 E

You would be shocked at how many felons actually have guns. It's a lot more than non felons. One has to remember that one wouldn't be a felon if one cared about laws. Two if they use their gun it doesn't really matter if they're a felon because they're going to jail anyway.

Felons have used guns in self defense and gotten off because of actual threats. Kyle Rittenhouse skateboarder anyone?
