Skinny woman

My wife wants to be skinny as Hollywood stars. I believe that everyone can lose weight and look the way he/she likes, but it seems that Hollywood stars have more resources for this. How can I support and help my wife?

Don't forget that Hollywood women can afford to hire the best dietitians and fitness trainers who create proper diet plans and workouts for them and work with them individually. Also, I noticed that a lot of famous people are pretty superstitious and believe in various things like astrology or that discovering a chronotype can help weight loss faster. I've recently found an interesting article on chronotypes https://betterme.world/articles/better-me-animals/ Well, it seems to be not a bad idea to figure it out and take it into account when choosing a diet and workout plan.
