Emissions tests are only performed in Northern Virginia counties. The rest of Virginia's counties do not require them.
Congratulations on searching daily for any new court dates. Yes, there is a hearing in Prince George county in September, which is odd because the stop was in Colonial Heights just outside Fort Lee's gates.
You will be in prison for 5 years, so get your ducks in a row before August 22nd.

His excuse is he can't afford it and is just simply a criminal. The law in Virginia changed where your registration can be past due for four months without getting a ticket. So for him to have gotten a ticket the lazy fatso was several months behind on it because he's been too busy trying to be apart of the lives of people who don't want him around.

If you don't need emissions there's literally no excuse to have dead tags lol. All you do is renew the shit online pay the $10-$20 and they mail you your decals. Michael lets his tags die to see how long he can "get away with it" so that he CAN get pulled over and have interactions with police.
