The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

Look at the signers of the Declaration Of Independence, as well as the Framers of our Constititon, and you will notice Scotsmen, Irish, English (FOB's), along with the American Colonists. You don't see any Mexicans or El Salvadorans though.

My ancestors on my fathers side of the family arrived here in 1675.
On my mothers side I have no idea of their arrival date as they are
Cherokee. The point I was trying to make is that even though kids
are born here their parents aren't preparing them for life in the US
and depend on (legitimate) taxpayers to provide them with language
skills that are necessary to survive here. Ive heard all the bullshit
about how the parents are too busy working to do much of anything
else but I notice the bars along Columbia Pike in Arlington are
packed every night and the woods along Four Mile Run are littered
with empty Corona bottles.
