I was supposed to complete my GED before my felony trial in August.
My public defender said it would make me look like I was self improving and reforming.
I never got the GED, am I going to get in trouble?

Yes you are going to be in big trouble, and get thrown in the penitentiary with hardened felons who will take turns buggering you every night. You should have listened to your lawyer.

If your lawyer is a sharpie, he/she can connect (use it) the GED failure to some kind of mental disorder , like you're an imbecile, or a moron. Lacking the mental facilities to learn like a normal person. A real dummy. oddly stupid type. Could have a sympathy effect on the jury.

Wouldn't you want that anyway?More job opportunities?If you messed up and did something wrong you should want to improve/correct yourself so it doesn't happen again and not just do it for presentation.
